For Patrons with Restricted Mobility

A complimentary shuttle is provided for patrons entering and exiting our performance venue in Delaware Park. The Shakespeare Express is available starting at 6:00 pm on performance nights and picks patrons up every few minutes at the park entrance at the corner of Rumsey Road and Windsor Avenue.

Please click HERE for a map of the shuttle pickup location.

Our accessibility platform, located at the top of The Hill and directly behind our light and sound booth (the trailer nearest the Rose Garden and The Terrace Restaurant), provides a level seating area for patrons who may have difficulty traversing the sloped terrain of our performance venue.

Please note: Availability is first come, first served and seating is not provided.

Newly installed exit lights located on sound towers and other structures throughout the performance venue makes egressing safer for all patrons. Lighting on both The Hill and on terrain leading to our venue are designed to help direct audience members to park paths. Should you need additional assistance, please speak with one of our staff members at the top of The Hill.

New paved paths and trail lighting installed by Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy in 2021 allow for safer access and egress of our facility. Paved paths begin at both Windsor Avenue and Lincoln Parkway entrances.
