Dear Members, Donors, Supporters, and Audience,
As we come to the end of our 48th summer season of Free Shakespeare , we find ourselves humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support you’ve shown. Your unwavering commitment, generosity, and enthusiasm (even in the rain and sometimes smoke-filled skies) have been the driving force behind our continued success.
With every performance under the open sky, we were reminded of the power of art to connect, inspire, and transform. Your presence in the audience, your applause, and your shared passion for Shakespeare’s timeless works energized our cast and crew, propelling us to give our very best with each and every show.
To our valued members, donors, supporters and audiences your financial contributions have allowed us to bring these captivating performances to life. Your belief in the importance of accessible cultural experiences has made it possible for families, friends, and individuals from all walks of life to gather together and enjoy the magic of live theater.
Your attendance and enthusiasm have created an atmosphere of community and togetherness that we treasure deeply. Your laughter, tears, and applause have been the most rewarding affirmation of our efforts. Your presence is what makes Shakespeare in Delaware Park more than just a production – it’s an experience shared by a wonderful collective of individuals.
As we take our final bows for the summer season, we are already looking forward to the future. Mark you calendar for ShakesFEAR our guided walking tour though the park Friday Oct. 13th where you can experience many of the Bard’s scary characters and next season we will be back on the hill with THE WINTER’S TALE and THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, as well as with our touring production throughout WNY. With your continued support, we are excited to embark on these new journeys, telling stories, and continuing to enrich the lives of all who join us under the stars.
Thank you for being an essential part of our Shakespeare in Delaware Park family. Your support fuels our passion and purpose, and we are incredibly grateful for the role you play in keeping Shakespeare’s legacy alive and thriving.
With heartfelt thanks and anticipation for the seasons to come, we can’t wait to see you back on the hill!!!
